About Stephanie

I have 8+ years of experience in product design, and was most recently the lead designer across property detail pages at Realtor.com. I'm based in Austin, Texas.

I started my career in consulting where I honed my visual finesse, love of complex systems, and ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers. I have worked for startups as well as enterprise-level companies, and have experience designing for web, iOS, Android, and desktop software.

I value compassion, intention, and longevity. I see my role as building the bridge between systems and humans — defending how a process feels to a person, how a system can best respond to human behavior, and how good design strategy can improve the longevity and nimbleness of a product.

Outside of design, I love spooky things and ghost stories (look up the illustrations of Edward Gorey), learning about psychology, vintage shopping, trying out new restaurants and bars, and yapping over margaritas with my friends (with Tajín on the rim, please).
